Our new guided Open Gym classes are perfect for adults wishing to try gymnastics, or for more experienced gymnasts to come along and have some free time to work at skills of their choice!

Guided Open Gym sessions run EVERY Monday 7:30-8:30pm. The class is £8.00 Pay As You Go and can be paid by cash or card on the day.

The class will have half the space being led by a coach who will work on improving and developing a different skill each week and the other half will be free for participants to set up equipment of their own choice!

There is no need to book, please just turn up on the day.

The centre is locked to the public and therefore please wait outside the centre and a member of Infinity staff will open the door before each class to allow you to enter.

There are no shoes in the gym and thererfore please remove your shoes in the foyer area before entering the gymnastics hall.

You must be a British Gymnastics member for insurance reasons. Please do this via the British Gymnastics website after your first session.

These classes are open to everyone, including non-members, including parents, aged 13+.

If you are already a BG member, please ensure you login to British Gymnastics and change their club to Infinity so they appear on our system before their next session.
