ACROBATICS SQUAD
Our Acrobatics squad is invitation only and allows those gymnasts to explore the discipline of Acro and compete in competitions. Acrobatic Gymnastics is a discipline where gymnasts perform individual and acrobatic elements in a partnership or group. This form of gymnastics promotes team building, communication, friendships, trust, as well as developing strength, balance, flexibility and new acrobatic skills.
If your child is interested in Acro, we run regular workshops for them to try the discipline and allows the coaches to see them doing Acrobatics too!
We are run Acro Workshops on the first Saturday of each month 12:00-1:00pm:
NO JUNE, AUGUST or DECEMBER WORKSHOP
5th July, 6th September, 4th October, 1st November
Booking is not required for Infinity Members.

British Gymnastics insurance is required to attend our Acro workshops.
