Independent class for children aged 3-4 yrs.

Children attend the class on their own and each weekly class will include themed activities that teach gymnastics shapes and skills and build on skills on apparatus. Activities also build and develop co ordination, cognitive function and social skills.

We run on a fully structured sessions on a four week programme whereby they complete a warm up and concentrate on two areas of gymnastics per session. 

Children are rewarded with a sticker for participating each week and we give our the 'Star of the Week' who receive the class teddy that they return the following week.
